Details: There isnt enough space here to tell you about the awesomeness that was Dick Harrelland#44; but this amazing special edition 2002 Chevrolet Camaro built in his honor should give you a clue. LS6 powerand#44; carbon fiber bodyworkand#44; #23 out of 30 builtand#44; and immaculately preserved with just 720 miles. This is a car that is as special as the man.

Built by the legendary Chevrolet dream car factory GMMG and sold only through Berger Chevroletand#44; this limited edition Camaro packed every trick they knew about going fast in a GM car. GM engineers were involved in the projectand#44; including prototyping it in the GM studiosand#44; so it has a very OEM look and feel and an incredible level of fit and finish. The body is augmented by flared fenders and a custom hoodand#44; all of which were rendered in composite materials to shave weight. The front fascia is a bit more aggressive and theres a three piece wing out back that actually produces useful downforce. The body was smoothed and painted Sebring Silverand#44; a traditional Chevy performance colorand#44; and topped with custom Dick Harrell graphics that emulate the look of his drag cars throughout the 60s and 70s. It also happens to be one of the best-looking Camaros weve ever seenand#44; and with just 720 milesand#44; you know its in factory fresh condition. If theres a late-model F-body worth collectingand#44; this is most definitely it.

Most of the 30 Dick Harrell Edition Camaros had stock interiorsand#44; but with the blessing of Dicks daughterand#44; Valerieand#44; this special Camaro received custom black and white houndstooth cloth inserts in the sport seatsand#44; a look that probably should have been standard equipment. They also added special embroidery on the headrests and custom Dick Harrell floor mats to make it look special. You could get either transmission in these special carsand#44; with this one sporting a Hurst-shifted 6-speed manualand#44; which is obviously the one to own. White-faced gauges give the instrument panel a slightly different lookand#44; and theres a special plaque on the dash that signifies this as a limited edition Berger Supercar. Its in awesome conditionand#44; obviouslyand#44; and it still carries all of the factory equipment including A/Cand#44; power windows and locksand#44; a tilt wheeland#44; and cruise controland#44; not to mention an AM/FM/CD stereo that youll probably never use. It all works properlyand#44; making this a supercar you can use every day if you want.

The heart of the Dick Harrell Edition is a 427 cubic inch LS6 powerplant developed for use in the C5R race cars. Making 630 horsepower and 575 pounds of torqueand#44; its outrageously fastand#44; but thanks to careful tuningand#44; its no more difficult to drive than a stock LS1 Camaro. Its an easy fit in the Camaros engine bayand#44; since externally its no different than a stock LS motorand#44; although the aluminum intake is a dead giveaway. Youll note that its been signed by all the important folks involved with the project and comes complete with special decals and red valve covers so you know its something special. The stock 6-speed was retained and doesnt seem to mind the horsepowerand#44; and there are 4.56 gears out back that make it scary fast off the lineand#44; just like Dick himself. The suspension was loweredand#44; the brakes are from a Z06 Corvetteand#44; and it sits on special powdercoated Fikse wheels that are unique to this car. Sticky Goodyear F1 Supercar tires ensure it launches and handles properly.

Almost new in every imaginable way and fully documented with the original window sticker and title workand#44; this is a spectacular collector-grade Camaro thats also amazing to drive. Call now!
