| Details: | 1966 Volkswagen Beetle It just had the engine completely overhauled from top to bottom and installed a new clutch assembly. The car has a new distributor cap, points, plugs, wires and oil change so its ready to go! Very reliable 66 Volkswagen beetle. Numbers matching body/pan/title. Sure to get looks every where you go, dont miss out! Mechanical: 1600 dual port engine fires right up, runs down the highway comfortably at 70mph+. Transmission shifts through all gears nice and tight with no popping out or any other issues. I do not know of anything this car needs mechanically. All of the gauges, lights, washer fluid, horn etc all work properly. Body: No rust that I have found anywhere, no signs of any accident damage. Nice floors, battery tray has been patched, trunk and spare tire well are rust free as well. Paint is fine for a cruiser to enjoy but is older and shows its age. Interior: Also nice and tidy, awesome stereo system, super comfortable later model seats have been installed. The car is still on its original numbers matching pans. |
